Field Technician

Job Description:
We are hiring Field Technicians to handle the installation and maintenance of BetaNet’s internet services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network devices and the ability to work independently in field environments.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure internet hardware and software for customers.
Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance of equipment and cables.
Provide training to customers on using BetaNet products.
Maintain accurate service logs and reports.
